BBA (Hons.) at IIM Jammu Leh Campus, Ladakh is a four-year, full-time, residential program designed to provide students with an early foundation in management and business education, while progressively developing analytical, communication, leadership and practical skills. The program follows a four-year structure that combines classroom learning with internships, experiential learning and advanced management education. The program is intended to prepare students for further management education as well as diverse business and professional careers, while developing the ability to understand and respond to contemporary organisational and societal challenges.

The curriculum includes conventional management courses along with courses providing students with a broader understanding of the business environment and society. A major focus is to move beyond purely classroom-based learning towards real organisational and social environments. The programme seeks to build communication, analytical thinking, leadership, social awareness and managerial capabilities.

According to NEP 2020, such a holistic and multidisciplinary curriculum would aim to develop all capacities of human beings- intellectual, aesthetic, social, physical, emotional, and moral in an integrated manner.
