  • Communication: Communication techniques, negotiations & conflict resolution.
  • Decision Making: Fundamentals of Decision Making; traps & biases, Power, Influence and managing Conflict.
  • Self-Development: Leadership, Developing Self for Leadership & Team Management. Emotional Intelligence and Mental Health Literacy.
