Overview

Managing employees is one of the primary concerns of a manager, more specifically for new managers. While some have expertise in it, for many it does not come naturally. The Program is designed to provide an introductory idea of basic components of leadership and management to the upcoming and new managers and entrepreneurs. The program contains basic components of management like organizational culture and ethics, employee management, decision-making process, communication and conflict resolution and self- development modules.

Organization Culture & Behaviour: Exploring the role of managers, Deciphering Organizational Culture, managing interpersonal relationships, understanding values & Ethics.
Employee Motivation & Engagement: Managing Stress, employee motivation and performance, employees’ turnover intention & engagement, and employee retention.
Communication: Communication techniques, negotiations & conflict resolution.
Decision Making: Fundamentals of Decision Making; traps & biases, Power, Influence and managing Conflict.
Self-Development: Leadership, Developing Self for Leadership & Team Management. Emotional Intelligence and Mental Health Literacy.
