Overview

"Operations Analytics" is a management development program designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of operations analytics and its applications in business operations. The course covers key topics such as process analysis, optimization, forecasting, and supply chain management.

The course begins by introducing the importance of operations analytics in business operations, including how it can help organizations improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experiences. It then explores key concepts related to operations analytics, such as data collection, data analysis, and data visualization.

Throughout the course, participants will learn about various operations analytics techniques, including process analysis, optimization, forecasting, and simulation. They will also gain practical experience working with operations analytics tools and software, such as Excel, R, and Python.
