Research Project - Green factors

Applications are invited from eligible candidates (Indian nationals only) for the temporary post in the research project entitled, “Green factors Stimulating in adopting innovative, sustainable products (ISPs):Implications for Sustainable Development”. sponsored by the Indian Council of Social Science Research, New Delhi.

Positions

  • Research Associate (01 No.)
  • Research Assistant (01 No.)
  • Field Investigator (01 No.)

Eligibility

  • Research Associate - Qualification: Post Graduate in any social science discipline with minimum of 55% marks and NET/SLET/M.Phil. /Ph.D.). Prior research experience is preferred but not required. Proficiency in written & spoken English.
  • Research Assistant - Qualification: Post Graduate/M.Phil. /Ph.D. in any social science discipline with minimum 55% marks. Proficiency in written & spoken Hindi and Telugu is required.
  • Field Investigator - Post Graduate in any social science discipline with minimum 55% marks; Proficiency in spoken Hindi and Telugu language is required.

Remuneration and Emoluments*

  • Research Associate – Rs. 20,000/- per month 
  • Research Assistant – Rs. 16,000/- per month 
  • Field Investigator – Rs. 15,000/- per month 
  • *Note: No other benefits will be provided.

Tenure

  • Research Associate: 12 months term (likely to be extended for another six months)
  • Research Assistant: 12 months term (likely to be extended for another six months)
  • Field Investigator: 06 months term

Responsibilities

  • Research Associate/Research Assistant:
  1. Conduct literature reviews, design research studies, & collect data
  2. Analyze data
  3. Prepare data visualizations & research reports/publications, etc.
  • Field Investigator:
  1. Conduct literature reviews and collect data
  2. Tabulate and enter data in the relevant software.

Instructions

3. The appointment is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project
4. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview or at the time of joining the post.
