Former Head & Dean of Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi, currently serving as a Professor of Organizational Behaviour. Before joining FMS, Prof. Sunita worked as an Associate Professor for about 10 years in the Behavioural Sciences Group at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. During her tenure in IIM-C, she initiated research and academic summits (both national and international) on Integrating Spirituality and Organizational Leadership and Vedic Foundations of Management Science in India, the USA, and Canada.

Dr. Nataša Rupčić is currently serving as a Professor at the University of Rijeka – Croatia, Faculty of Economics and Business, and chief editor of “The Learning Organization: An International Journal,” an ABDC-ranked journal. She will be deliberating on the theme: 'Development of learning organizations in the light of cultural differences.’
