The International Human Resource Conference 2027 invites scholars, researchers, practitioners, and experts from across the fields of Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Work Psychology, AI and Future of Work and allied disciplines to submit original scholarly work for presentation at the conference. The conference welcomes empirical, conceptual, review, and methodological contributions relevant to the conference themes.

All submissions will be made through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (Microsoft CMT) and will undergo a peer-review process. The link for submission will be uploaded soon on the Conference Website.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Types of Research Contributions

Original Research Papers: Original empirical research using quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods, experimental, survey, interview, case study, ethnographic or other appropriate approaches.

Review Papers: Rigorous literature reviews, including systematic and integrative reviews, that advance understanding of important issues.
