IIM Jammu is conducting Advanced-Management Development Programme (A-MDP Residential) in four batches under the Entrepreneurship and Skill Development Programmes (ESDP) for Existing Entrepreneurs/MSMEs promoters/Executives. In this programme Central/State Govt. Officers (including Ministry of MSME) / Bank Officers can also participate to enhance their knowledge. The A-MDP (Residential) will focus on helping the target group explore the better business opportunities and scale up their business.

The A-MDP (Residential) program is funded by the Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India. The candidates don't have to pay any fees for the training, stay and food at IIM Jammu. The TA/DA to be borne by the participants (to & for from IIM Jammu).

• Existing Entrepreneurs/MSMEs promoters/Executives
• Central/State Govt. Officers (including Ministry of MSME) / Bank Officers may also apply
• The age must be above 18 years on the day of application
• Entrepreneurs / MSME Promotors from SC/ST/OBC/Women/Ex-Service Persons of Defence Forces/Differently abled/BPL Category persons are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum educational qualification – 12th Pass (any discipline)
