Sushant Bhargava

Assistant Professor, OB & HRM

Dr. Sushant Bhargava has completed his PhD in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management (OB and HRM) from IIM Lucknow. He pursues research and teaching on activities having long-term impact on organizational characteristics and work. Prior to joining the world of academics, he has worked in the Union Bank of India as an IT officer.


He is a regular participant at different national and international conferences of repute. His research interests include team processes, team dynamics, organizational change, and changing work environment after the COVID-19 crisis.
