Dr. Sumant Kumar Bishwas is currently working as Assistant Professor in the area of OB & HR at IIM Jammu. Prior to joining IIM Jammu, He has worked with National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai, and Goa Institute of Management, Goa. He has published his research in reputed journals and in the form of book chapters. He has presented his research work in various international conferences organized by institutes of reputes like IIT Delhi, IIM Kozhikode, IIM Lucknow, University of Vienna, and the University of St. Gallen. He has served as a reviewer in 13 international journals, and as a technical committee member for 11 international conferences. He has completed a consultancy assignment on Ease of Doing Business (EODB) in Goa, sponsored by the Goa Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He is a LIFE Member of the Global Institute of Flexible Systems Management.

His research interests include Flexible HR-WFH/WFA, Strategic KM and Organization Vitality, Performance Management, Industrial Relations, Social Media and HR, and Green HRM.
