Industry Interaction Cell @ IIM Jammu hosted Mr. Ramesh Agarwal, Chairman (APML) as part of the guest lecture series talks. Mr. Agarwal talked about "Challenges faced during the journey to building APML". He stressed on the importance of logistics in supply chain by explaining that a properly executed logistics process leads to positive business results, creates value for the business, reduces cost, and improves efficiency. He urged the students to "think out of the box" and can come up with new strategies and plans to implement their new-found knowledge. The key takeaway for the students was – "See challenges as opportunities; opportunities to grow and learn, to strengthen and test yourself." He concluded the session by quoting one of the oldest sayings - "Life is 10% how you make it and 90% how you take it".
