Dr. Nageswara Reddy Kondreddy is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Operations & Supply Chain area at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu. He obtained the doctorate in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, and his professional experience is a blend of academia and industry. He held a position as an associate technical architect and led the operations research team at Zycus Infotech, Bangalore, in his previous experience. Prior to this, Nageswara was associated with a collaborative research work between IIT Kharagpur and Loughborough University as a part of the European Union-India collaborative project. He has experience in various optimization and computing software’s, including Gurobi, IBM ILOG CPLEX, AMPL, R, and Python. Some of his research's preliminary contributions have already been published in reputed international journals such as the International Journal of Production Research (Taylor & Francis), Computers & Industrial Engineering (Elsevier) and Sadhana (Springer). His areas of interest include operations management, logistics and supply chain management, transportation, and vehicle routing.
