Nakul Parameswar is an Assistant Professor in Business Policy and Strategy Area at Indian Institute of Management Jammu. He has obtained his Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and is UGC NET Qualified. His doctoral thesis was on "Post Termination Dynamics of Partner Firms in International Joint Ventures (IJV): Emerging Market Context", a scantly explored area in Strategic Alliance/Joint Venture literature. Prior to joining IIM Jammu, Nakul worked with Bennett University and Vellore Institute of Technology (Deemed to be University). Further, Nakul had a brief corporate experience with Havells India Ltd. prior to his Ph.D.
Nakul has published several research papers and case studies as well as presented his work in conferences of international repute. His work has received the Best Paper Award in The 15th Annual World Congress of the Academy of Global Business Advancement 2018 organized at National Institute of Development Administration, Bangkok, Thailand and The Consortium of Students in Management Research (COSMAR) 2016 organized by Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Science Bangalore, India. He was accorded the Distinguished Fellow Award by the Academy of Global Business Advancement in the year 2018.
Nakul's areas of research includes strategic alliances, joint ventures, business sustainability and start up management.
